What Working Together Looks Like
Before Your Visit
Booking your appointment is simple and can be done online anytime. Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a few helpful emails leading up to your visit so you know exactly what to expect.
Before your appointment, I’ll also send you a digital consultation form via text. This gives us the chance to start talking through your hair goals ahead of time so I can come prepared with a customized plan for your visit.
During Your Visit
On the morning of your appointment, you’ll receive a quick text to help customize your experience for the day. From the moment you arrive, my goal is for you to feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of.
We’ll begin with a thorough consultation where we’ll talk through your hair goals, lifestyle, maintenance preferences, and any questions you may have. During your appointment, you can relax and enjoy your self-care time, we can catch up on life, or chat about our latest book or show obsession.
I’ll also walk you through your current hair care routine and recommend products and styling tips to help you maintain healthy, beautiful hair at home between visits.
After Your Visit
After your appointment, you’ll stay connected through my Guest App, where you’ll have easy access to book future appointments, manage upcoming visits, and keep everything conveniently in one place.
